About the Role

Lead the sales business in construction field of Sika Korea directly reporting to the General Manager.

  1. To set sales target plan for Construction sales of Sika Korea
  2. To achieve financial target (NES, C2 & Op. Ebit) for Construction sales of Sika Korea
  3. To allocate sales & marketing resources for Construction sales of Sika Korea
  4. Manage sales staff: motivate, stimulate(train) and evaluate.
  5. Consult/Lead TM/Sales members on business activities.
  6. Optimize co-operation with other departments.

Your Skills and Experience

  • You are a professional who brings up sales business experience in construction field of Korea, 15 to 20 years of experience are required.
  • High understanding of the company’s sales goals.
  • High understanding of material/chemical product in the Korean construction market.
  • You have English skills can communicate a technical/business conversation with other managers/leaders.
  • You graduated from a reputable university with a bachelor at minimum.
  • An experience in a multinational environment would be a plus.
  • You are proactive, focus and target oriented.
  • You have good computer skills.
  • You have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
